Description
Short open fronted jacket made from fine navy blue loden cloth with leg-of-mutton sleeves and round collar. A row of decorative buttons is sewn to the front. It is lined with a contrasting orange patterned cotton fabric. This Eton jacket is suitable for the Victorian lady from 1889 to 1899 and is inspired by the Eton college’s school uniform. The Eton jacket is worn over a blouse and corset.
