Description
This small dark blue mini top hat with beige hat band is handsewn and thus very sturdy. The top hat is decorated with beige ostrich and reddish-brown rooster feathers. Additionally there is a big fabric flower in different shades of blue. The fabrics are coordinated tafetta and organdy.
The base for our hats is robust buckram and can be covered with fabrics by choice. The small hats are attached with two crocodile clips on the underside of the hat brim.
