Description
Handsewn flared top hat with arched brim made from brown wool cloth. The ideal accessory for the Victorian gentlemand or of course the gentlelady. And the Steampunk adventurer should never leave the house without a top hat anyway.
The hat base is sturdy buckram and hat wire, covered with turquoise tafetta. On the inside the hat is lined with black cotton fabric and has a headband from leatherette.
