Description
This black dress shirt with cutout standup collar is based on early Victorian shirt patterns circa 1860. This patterns was also often worn by women under the name Garibaldi blouse. But if you closely paid attention you know of course that this shirt was also worn by Doctor Who – namely number four. Ans isn’t that much more important than some accurate historical models? 😉
There also is a beige and a white version. You need some variety in your life after all. The white version corresponds most closely to the Doctor’s dress shirt.
According to the historical models the shoulder seam is low on the upper arms and the pattern isn’t waisted. You can wear the collar in different ways. The buttonholes are hand-sewn.
Right now I’m only showing the lady’s sizes, but I will of course also sew for the gentlemen.
