I think I posted enough of the making-of pictures about the Fortuny dresses. So now it is time to show you the dresses on beautiful models.

Originally I only had done the golden Fortuny Delphos dress and the photosession was planned with one model. Unfortunately that didn’t work out, and the I had to think of the incredible Mayoris who worked with me on the Victorian Walking Dress pictures. Mayoris has a twin sister, so I had to do a second dress. Even before I knew if they were available…

Mayoris’ twin sister didn’t have time, but instead Reynalys joined us – a good friend of Mayoris. Then I had already asked Theresa, who was posing in front of the camera for me in the past (here, here, and here), to be the photographer as Sujata Photography this time. The makeup artist was Tamara which showed us what she can do in the Forgotten Beauty series.

We met in Theresa’s studio and spent the whole evening styling, changing clothes and photographing. And in the end we even ran out of time. It was close to midnight and we still had so many ideas.

So now here they are, the classical dresses in gold and purple. Mayo and Reyna look like Greek goddesses. The light and the dark side.
