And another custom order. During my last medieval market in Hard, Austria I met a very nice fabric merchant. She bought a blouse in India and that blouse quickly became her favourite. And after many years of faithful service the blouse became a bit battered. Since the original fabric was worn very thin and perforated it wasn’t possible to repair the blouse. So I got the assignment to create a new favourite blouse.

I have some linen fabric that resembles the original fabric very closely. With that fabric I copied the cut of the original blouse, including retroactively added darts, so it would fit perfectly again. Additionally I transferred the lace from the old blouse to the new blouse. So a small part of the old favourite blouse is preserved.
