Lady Loki (Earth-616)
Joanna persuaded me to to another cosplay outfit. This time Marvel Comic’s Loki and Leah.
But since I like Lady Loki a lot better, there will be a Loki in a classical gothic look and Leah with a medieval look. Right now I’m working on assembling the materials.
I want to sew the dresses from velvet and this is always a bit difficult. The only velvet that is really beautiful is cotton velvet. And that one is extremely expensive around here. So now I have to try a few online shops, since most of them don’t send fabric samples. But sooner or later I will find the perfect colours. 😉
I already have black velvet. That’s not that difficult after all. And for Loki’s dress I have a beautiful fur collar (fake fur of course!) and Czech glass beads. The beads are different sizes. The big ones are black and the others iridescent green.
The medallion is meant for Leah, but I have to see if it matches the fabric and lace. And Loki.
In any case I’m really looking forward to this project.
